簡介 管偉邦，現為國立臺灣師範大學美術學系副教授，過去曾於香港浸會大學視覺藝術院任教超過十五年。管氏於香港中文大學取得學士（1996）及藝術碩士（2002）和澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學獲得藝術博士學位（2012）。其作品探索山水及水墨美學，嘗試將歷史、現代人對地景的觀看和感知融入水墨藝術。曾參加地景相關的藝術項目包括《極目足下》（香港，2023）、《圖繪香港》（香港，2017）、《島嶼 · 他方 —— 台港水墨的地景建構》（台北，2019）、《港水韓山》（香港，2019）。參與的展覽包括《TRANSpose》（個展，英國，2013）、《清風徐來》(個展，台北，2017) 及《似重若輕》（M+，香港，2017）。作品為三藩市亞洲藝術博物館、洛杉磯郡藝術博物館、阿什莫林博物館、香港藝術館、M+等收藏。 Profile Koon Wai Bong is serving as an associate professor in the Department of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, following his service at The Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University for over one and a half decades. He earned his BA (1996) and MFA (2002) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and later obtained his DFA (2012) from RMIT University. Koon’s artistic oeuvre focuses on landscape painting and the aesthetics of ink painting, encompassing history, modern viewing experiences and perceptions of landscapes in ink art. He relishes exemplifying his ideas by his participation in landscape-based projects such as “Here & There” (HK, 2023), “Picturing Hong Kong” (HK, 2017), “The Islands and Other Places —— The Geographical Structures of Ink Paintings in Taiwan and Hong Kong” (Taipei, 2019), and “Hong Kong Waters and Korean Mountains” (HK, 2019). His exhibitions include “TRANSpose” (solo, UK, 2013), “In the Breeze” (solo, Taipei, 2017) and “The Weight of Lightless” (M+, HK, 2017). His works are housed in the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Ashmolean Museum, M+ and the Hong Kong Museum of Art. |
